부산고법 '벤츠 여검사' 항소심서 무죄 Dec 13th 2012, 02:01 부산고등법원 제1형사부는 13일 부장출신 변호사로부터 사건청탁 등을 대가로 벤츠 승용차를 제공받은 일명 '벤츠 여검사' 사건 항소심에서 당사자 이모(37) 전 검사에게 징역 3년을 선고한 원심을 파기하고 무죄를 선고했다.
